About the role
You own the operating cadence, the metrics, and the cross-functional calls that nobody else is positioned to make. This is the role that turns ambiguity into a plan with owners and dates, and then does the less glamorous half: making the plan survive the week it meets reality. In a company this size that is mostly follow-through, and the person who does it well is the reason things land.
What we need to see
- BizOps, strategy, consulting, or operator experience where you owned outcomes rather than analysis
- You turn ambiguity into plans and metrics people actually run against
- Strong analytics, and communication clear enough to change a decision
- You will chase the follow-through rather than filing the deck
Nice to have
- You have run an operating cadence for a company rather than a team
- Data or engineering skills
- Startup and large-company experience both
What winning looks like
- Operating cadence and OKR follow-through
- Decision quality and speed
- Cross-functional initiatives delivered
Where and how we work
