Federal Sales / Capture Managers (civilian, defense, agencies)

Federal capture: shaping, qualifying, and winning agency programs.

Remote-friendly for customer work9 cities

About the role

You run federal capture: shaping a program before the RFP exists, qualifying honestly, and winning the ones worth winning. Government is the buyer our consent-first architecture was almost designed for, because an agency has to answer for every access to a citizen's data and we can show them a receipt for each one. Getting there is a craft with its own rules, its own timelines and its own vocabulary, and you already know them.

What we need to see

  • Federal capture or sales experience across civilian, defense, or agency programs
  • Working knowledge of FAR, contract vehicles, and how agencies actually buy
  • Active relationships inside agencies you can use now
  • You qualify out early and honestly rather than chasing a bid you will lose

Nice to have

  • An active clearance
  • You have stood up a new vehicle or a first agency pilot
  • Experience with FedRAMP-gated procurement

What winning looks like

  • Qualified pipeline and awards won
  • Capture-to-award conversion
  • Vehicles and pilots stood up

Where and how we work

Customer-facing, so remote-friendly: base yourself in any major US city with good airport connections. Offices in all nine cities if you want one.
