About the role
You run federal capture: shaping a program before the RFP exists, qualifying honestly, and winning the ones worth winning. Government is the buyer our consent-first architecture was almost designed for, because an agency has to answer for every access to a citizen's data and we can show them a receipt for each one. Getting there is a craft with its own rules, its own timelines and its own vocabulary, and you already know them.
What we need to see
- Federal capture or sales experience across civilian, defense, or agency programs
- Working knowledge of FAR, contract vehicles, and how agencies actually buy
- Active relationships inside agencies you can use now
- You qualify out early and honestly rather than chasing a bid you will lose
Nice to have
- An active clearance
- You have stood up a new vehicle or a first agency pilot
- Experience with FedRAMP-gated procurement
What winning looks like
- Qualified pipeline and awards won
- Capture-to-award conversion
- Vehicles and pilots stood up
