About the role
You create the category one doorstep at a time, the way rooftop solar and the first personal computers were sold. No experience needed and none expected: we train you, you start at your local minimum wage with a guaranteed ramp draw to a living wage while you learn, and after that the bonuses are uncapped. Territories are organised by ZIP with a daily, weekly and monthly number, and the best sellers go to the Chairman's Club.
What we need to see
- You will knock on the next door after the last one said no, all day
- Hungry and coachable: you take the feedback and change what you do that afternoon
- You keep your own number honest, because a smaller real number is worth more here than a bigger imagined one
- Legally able to work in the US and to get yourself around your territory
Nice to have
- Any direct, retail, or field sales experience
- You came out of team sport and never lost the habit of keeping score
- You know your neighbourhood well, and people there know you
What winning looks like
- Quality doors and conversations per day
- Demos booked and sign-ups closed
- Daily / weekly / monthly quota attainment (the bonuses and cash prizes follow)
Where and how we work
Customer-facing, so remote-friendly: base yourself in any major US city with good airport connections. Offices in all nine cities if you want one.
