What we need to see
- Finance, legal, or people and recruiting experience at a startup, where you did the work yourself
- You move quickly without compromising trust or compliance, and know which corners are not corners
- Judgement and discretion, because you will hold things nobody else does
- Comfort being the only person in your function

- You have run a fundraise or a diligence process
- Employment law or equity administration
- Technical recruiting specifically

- Runway and burn managed to plan
