About the role
You own the whole relationship with a few global accounts: every business unit, every geography, and the multi-year arc rather than this quarter. The skill is orchestration, because in an account this size the deal you need is usually being blocked by somebody you have not met yet.
What we need to see
- Global account management at Fortune 100 or Global 2000 scale
- You orchestrate across geographies and business units, including where you have no authority
- Executive presence, and the patience to play a long game
- You can show account growth you personally drove over multiple years
Nice to have
- You have run an account through a merger, a reorganisation, or a CIO change
- Multilingual, or experience outside your home market
- A technical background
What winning looks like
- Account ARR growth and multi-year expansion
- Whitespace converted across units/geos
- Executive relationship depth
Where and how we work
Customer-facing, so remote-friendly: base yourself in any major US city with good airport connections. Offices in all nine cities if you want one.
