About the role
You are founding the 🤫 Academy, and the reason it exists is a claim we have to make good on: that personal supercomputing should be as available as electricity and clean water. That only happens if ordinary people can learn to build with agents, and that only happens if somebody builds the curriculum, trains the trainers, and makes the whole thing spread on its own. This role is that person. You will teach a ninth-grader and a professor the same skill and have both of them finish, then turn the graduates into the next cohort of teachers through a franchise model that can open in any town.
What you’ll do
- Found the 🤫 Academy: curriculum, certifications, capstone (ship one working agent into a Circle of Trust), and the leaderboards people love to compete on
- Hire and coach train-the-trainers at every level, from 9th and 10th graders who love to teach and learn, to teachers, coaches, professionals, PhD students, and professors
- Build the franchise model and operator playbook so the Academy can open in any town and install 🤫 Agent One at grassroots scale
- Teach personal agentic AI design and development hands-on, on Siri AI on-device and GCP PCC, with coding like bacteria as the bible
- Stand up forward-deployed engineering training so graduates can implement for real households and businesses, with the human always in control
- Hire at the best talent for the best price, and build human connection, relationships, rewarding work, and great performance into the program
What we need to see
- You have built a curriculum somebody finished, and trained the people who went on to teach it
- Hands-on agentic AI development, not just familiarity: you can sit down and ship an agent yourself
- You can teach across a genuinely wide range, from a teenager to a PhD, without dumbing the material down
- Evidence you can build something that runs without you in the room, because a franchise that needs the founder is not a franchise
Nice to have
- Apple on-device work (Siri, Core ML) or Google Cloud, since that is our backbone
- You have run a franchise, a bootcamp, or a certification program as a business, not just a course
- A public body of teaching: talks, a channel, a course, writing people cite

- Learners enrolled and certifications earned, across every level from 9th graders to professors
- Working agents shipped into Agent One Circles of Trust by graduates
- Academy franchises opened and 🤫 Agent One installs driven from the grass roots
