About the role
You make sure every shipped chip behaves correctly beyond the simulator, joining design-for-test, bring-up and what production teaches you back into the next design. Post-silicon is where incomplete evidence is the normal condition: you will have a handful of parts, a symptom that appears intermittently, and pressure to name a root cause. Handling that carefully, and being willing to say the evidence does not yet support a conclusion, is the skill.
The work
Plan scan, memory self-test and manufacturing test coverage with design partners. Develop board-level bring-up and characterization across operating conditions. Correlate failures with design evidence, track yield and distinguish silicon defects from firmware or board problems.
What good looks like
In your first 90 days after program activation, deliver a bring-up plan, test fixtures specification and a traceable failure-triage workflow.
Evidence we look for
Bring experience in DFT, post-silicon validation or product engineering. Show disciplined measurement, reproducible lab work and careful handling of incomplete evidence.
What we need to see

The exercise
